Welcome Home! River Haven Mobile Home Park  is a 127 unit, resident owned, Age 55+ retirement community located in Punta Gorda Florida. We offer a superb quality of life mixed with  a friendly "Family" atmosphere.

Amenities and activities abound in our community. We offer a new Community Center, Haven Hall, a caged swimming pool, shuffle board courts, horseshoe pits, picnic area, fishing area, boat/RV storage yard and a small, 6 dock, marina located on Alligator Creek with limited access to Charlotte Harbor.
