By a vote of those stockholders attending the January Corporate Board of Directors Meeting section (16c No gasoline carts) was deleted from the Rules and Regulations.

The winners of the River Haven Social Club’s election on January 28th were Ray Nave, President; Ginger Chicione, Vice President; Ann Gadreau, Secretary; Judy Nave, Treasurer. Congratulations and good luck to all.
The 28th was also our annual flea-market, bake sale/BBQ. We raised $832.00 thanks to the efforts of many many workers, for fear of missing someone I will not name individuals. We had a lot of donations including jewelry, furniture, clothing, knickknacks, etc. We didn‘t quite match last year but with the road conditions, as they are, we did really great. A BIG RIVER HAVEN THANK YOU TO ALL!!!.

“Thank you” River Haven, Eagle Point and Parkhill for making our “Bingo” very successful. They are the only outsiders welcome to play as we are not a public Bingo. When our HOT BALL reaches $100.00 we start adding $5.00 each week until it is won. That can make a pretty good win as it grows. Refreshments are served after the tenth game. Hope you all continue to support bingo, it is self supporting. “Thanks” to our committee members.
HORSE-SHOE COURT REFURBISHED
Thank you to Roger Comtois and Ralph Booth for the clean-up job around the horse-shoe pits. They have set up markers for 30 feet for the ladies and those over 70 (not many of those in our park). The regulation markers of 40 feet are still there. Roger’s says the shoes are hooked on the backstop. Maybe some of you would like to form a tournament sometime. Think about it, it just takes someone to organize it.

Ladies Pajama Party

February 13th is the ladies pajama party/movie night… 50/50 will start at 6:30! The movie for February is
“The Help”. B.Y.O.B. and snack if you want one. Last month’s movie was “Larry Crowne”. Thanks to all of those who came to see it. We did a 50/50 and the winner was Sandi Genter. Yea Sandi. With the money we brought in from 50/50 which was $11.00 I purchased ten new dishcloths, two potholders and a hand held can opener for the kitchen, I will see you all in February in our pajamas!!!
Leap Year Dinner
February 29th (naturally) will be the leap-year dinner. It will be Italian, it will start at 5:00pm, the cost is $6.00 for members and $7.00 for guests. Tickets available from Annita Aping #19 or Flo Denninger #70. (SIGN-UP)
