Wednesday Poker 7:00 pm
Thursday Happy Hour on the Back Deck 4:00. Unless the Hall is otherwise scheduled.

December 14th Ladies Luncheon at Whiskey Creek 11:30 am (SIGN-UP SHEET AT MAIL BOX AREA). This will be early this month because so many people go home for Christmas. There will also be an optional gift exchange with a
$5.00 limit.

THE GALLEY GANG DINNERS WILL START AGAIN IN JANUARY.

NOTES FROM THE BOARD
Those of you that have not signed up for AUTO PAY of your Maintenance Fees are missing out on a great program. Our bank BB&T will automatically debit your account on the 3rd of each month so you will not be late, you won’t have to use an envelope or a stamp. SAVES you money and time. All you have to do is give me a blank check with VOID written across the front and sign the authorization form, I’ll do the rest. Oh yes you have to enter it in your check register or you won’t balance at the end of the month. There are currently 86 out of 127 units paying this way and it works fine. Start the new year off right and avoid late fees.

The By-Laws Committee is seeking suggestions for changes or additions to our by-laws. They must be in writing and signed by any stockholder and submitted to the Committee by December 14, 2011. The By-Laws Committee will review them. Then any recommendations must be sent to the lawyer for legal confirmation. All this must be done in a time frame that the recommended changes can be mailed with the Stockholders Annual Meeting Package for a vote. By-Law Committee members are Frank Herbert chairperson., Charles Roosa, Jack Davis and Frank Hoffmaster.

Ham, rolls, butter, coffee and tea provided by the Social Club Hams to be prepared by Chuck Bennett Side dishes / desserts to be pot luck. Sign-up sheet will be posted on the bulletin board by the mail box area.

If you need emergency services first call 911 then, if it is a life threatening situation, call the Fire Dept. across the street on Acline.
When you just call 911 you get the dept. off of Notre Dame which is further away. We can all thank Natalie Wylie and her cookies for this info.

MAIL BOX FLAG
Have you noticed the new Red Rose flag at the Postal Boxes?
Charlie Roosa and Jack Laine came up with the idea so people could see if the mail was in before they got all the way to the boxes. Jack and Doris Davis came up with the colorful flag. It works the same way as the small one, if the flag is up the mail is not in yet, if the flag is down the mail HAS been delivered. Good idea thanks.
